Set in the breathtaking landscapes of North Wales, the Adventure & Inspire weekend retreat is designed to reignite your sense of adventure while offering moments of relaxation, creativity and reflection.
This retreat strikes the perfect balance between adrenaline-fuelled experiences and time to slow down, connect and enjoy being fully present. You’ll push your boundaries with an exhilarating gorge walking adventure, then unwind through relaxed evenings, great food and time spent together around the fire under the stars.
As part of the weekend, you’ll also enjoy a guided landscape pastel painting workshop led by a local artist. Suitable for complete beginners, this relaxed and enjoyable session will teach you new skills while helping you create your own artwork inspired by the beautiful scenery surrounding Erw Glas – a unique keepsake to take home and remember your retreat.
With a stunning glamping setting as your home for the weekend, you’ll experience both the thrill of the outdoors and the comfort of being well looked after, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Conwy Valley and surrounding mountains.

Your Retreat Experience
FRIDAY
✅ Arrive & Settle In
Check into your chosen accommodation, your home for the weekend. Comfortable, cosy, and carefully thought out, each unique accommodation comes with everything you need for the weekend, including towels and plush robes to ensure a comfortable and indulgent stay.
✅ Welcome Dinner & Firepit Gathering
As the sun sets, gather in the stretch tent marquee, where you’ll enjoy a delicious handmade stone-baked pizza, and salad followed by delicious homemade dutch pancakes. Take a seat at rustic tables or relax by the fire on hay bales under the soft glow of festoon lighting in the trees.
✅ Intro to Yoga
Unwind with a relaxing yoga session introducing the principles of yoga exploring different, gentle styles, perfect for the evening. Designed to help you release tension and prepare your mind and body for restful relaxation.

End your evening however suits you best:

SATURDAY
✅ Morning Wellness
Start your day with a hearty breakfast in your own time before heading out to the gorge.
✅ Gorge Walking Adventure
Led by an experienced guide, this adrenaline-pumping activity will take you through a stunning local gorge, where you’ll scramble over rocks, climb through waterfalls, and leap into crystal-clear pools. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or just want to push your boundaries in a supportive environment, this activity is tailored for all levels of ability with all equipment provided.
✅ Free Time
After an action-packed morning, a picnic hamper will be provided, filled with locally sourced treats for you to enjoy wherever you choose. Spend the afternoon as you wish—relax, explore, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.
✅ Guided Pastel Painting Workshop
Return to site and unwind with a relaxed landscape painting session led by a professional local artist. Suitable for complete beginners, you’ll be guided step-by-step through creating your own pastel artwork inspired by the beautiful scenery surrounding Erw Glas.
This enjoyable and sociable workshop is a great opportunity to learn a new skill, try something different and create a unique keepsake to take home as a reminder of your weekend in North Wales.
Warm refreshments will be available throughout the session, and our bar will be open serving alcoholic drinks and refreshing soft drinks for those who wish.✅ Evening Feast
Once the workshop has finished, we’ll gather together for a delicious roast chicken feast, served with generous salads and flavourful sides. A vegetarian Mediterranean tart option will also be available, ensuring everyone is well catered for.
The evening has a relaxed, social feel, with time to chat, enjoy good food, and soak up the atmosphere as the fire crackles nearby.

Relaxed, return to your pre-heated hot tub, sit by your private fire pit, or enjoy a quiet moment under the stars in our designated Dark Sky Zone.
SUNDAY
✅ Morning Yoga (Vinyasa Flow Yoga)
Begin your final day with a Vinyasa Flow session, designed to energize and refresh your body, linking movement with breath.

If you want the perfect blend of comfort and the great outdoors, our Shepherd Huts are the ultimate glamping experience. Designed for a restful and indulgent retreat, these fully furnished huts feature:
There are two types of huts, both offering the same price and same luxury experience, with the only difference being the bed layout and hot tub size:
- Couples Hut – A romantic and peaceful escape, featuring a king-size bed, perfect for those who want a spacious, comfy night’s sleep.
- Family Hut – Ideal for friends or family members retreating together, featuring two full-sized double beds (not sofa beds!) to ensure everyone gets a proper, well-rested sleep.
Both huts feature:
- A private, pre-lit wood burning hot tub each evening, ready for you to step in and unwind.
- A private fire pit and outdoor seating, where you can soak up breathtaking mountain views, read a book by the fire, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
- Luxurious towels and robes included, so you can truly relax and enjoy your retreat in comfort.

Your Adventure & Serenity Retreat is a fully inclusive escape, designed so you can completely switch off, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a weekend of wellness, adventure, and relaxation—without worrying about any hidden costs.
From the moment you arrive, everything is covered. Your accommodation, all meals, and a thoughtfully balanced programme of activities are included, making it incredible value when you break down the cost per person.
Here’s what’s included in your retreat package:
✅ Two nights’ accommodation – Choose from cosy Shepherd Huts with private, pre-lit hot tubs; star-gazing glamping tents with clear roof panels and mountain views; simple unfurnished Bell or Tipi tents (all set up for your arrival); or bring your own campervan for a hardstanding pitch with electric. All stays include towels, robes, and a private fire basket for relaxed evenings under the stars.
✅ Plentiful food and drink – You’ll be welcomed with a generous breakfast hamper filled with cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, meats, and more—enough to last your stay. Evenings feature hearty meals like our barbecue feast and wood-fired pizza night, followed by indulgent desserts. A freshly prepared picnic lunch is also included for our gorge walking experience.
✅ A full programme of activities across three days – Enjoy a variety of yoga sessions and a morning of adventure navigating a local gorge and waterfall where you’ll climb, slide and enjoy the landscape fully supported with an instructor. Return back for an evening of relaxation with a yoga session followed by a soothing sound bath with an array of gongs and relaxing sounds. Thoughtfully designed for a perfect balance of movement, stillness, and relaxation.
✅ Complimentary refreshments throughout – Help yourself to tea, coffee, herbal teas, and flavoured water throughout the retreat.
✅ Optional evening bar – If you fancy treating yourself to a glass of wine or a refreshing sparkling drink, there’s the option to purchase something from our relaxed evening bar—the only thing you might want to spend on while you’re here.

You don’t need to bring anything extra or plan for any added costs. Just arrive, breathe, and enjoy a weekend that’s been thoughtfully created for your wellbeing, comfort, and connection with nature.
Pricing
All pricing is all-inclusive—your retreat package covers accommodation, all meals, and activities. The only difference is based on your choice of accommodation:
- Shepherd Hut – £460 per person (based on 2 sharing)
- Star-Gazing Glamping Tent – £410 per person (based on 2 sharing)
- Tipi Tent – £370 per person (based on 2 sharing)

If you’re coming alone and would prefer an accommodation all to yourself, these are the prices for your weekend;

Families are very welcome, and some of our accommodation options are suitable for family sharing — if you’re booking as a family, please get in touch for pricing, as the cost per person can be slightly lower when more people share an accommodation.

How To Book
This retreat is designed for those who love the outdoors, adventure, and the joy of slowing down. It blends mindful moments with fun, connection, and the freedom to immerse yourself in nature—all while enjoying the comfort and charm of our glamping setting. With a balanced schedule of activities and plenty of time to unwind, it’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.

To request your place, simply click the BOOK HERE button below. You’ll be asked to select your preferred dates and accommodation type — this form is a booking request, not an instant confirmation.
Once we receive your request, we’ll check availability and get back to you personally to confirm your place. If your chosen accommodation is available, we’ll then send you an invoice for a £100 deposit to secure your booking, along with full confirmation details.
The remaining balance isn’t due until closer to the retreat (usually a couple of months beforehand), and interest-free payment plans are available if you’d prefer to spread the cost.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis once requests are received.
