Family Friendly Events at Erw Glas
As well as private weddings, we also host a series of laid-back social events during the year — including our popular Chill & Grill afternoons, held during school holidays and bank holiday weekends.
These family-friendly events are open to all guests staying onsite and offer a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. Enjoy refreshing drinks from our pop-up bar, served inside our beautiful marquee, where you’ll also find covered seating and space to unwind come rain or shine.
Tuck into delicious barbecue food, including spit-roast pork and premium gourmet Welsh beef burgers, while the children play garden games like giant Jenga, Connect Four, badminton, and football. Outside, a fire pit surrounded by hay bales creates the perfect setting for guests to gather, toast marshmallows, and enjoy the mountain air as the sun goes down.
It’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon together, meet other guests, and enjoy the friendly community feel that Erw Glas is known for. Doggies are welcome too!
