Your Romantasy Village
Welcome to the village.
For the weekend, our camping field will be exclusively for guests joining us for A Court Beyond the Mountains, with our pre-pitched bell tents and tipi’s creating a little Romantasy village at the heart of the weekend.
Your bell tent will be pitched and waiting when you arrive, complete with floor matting and electric hook-up. Simply bring your own bed, bedding and camping essentials and make your little home for the weekend your own.
It’s a brilliant choice if you’re coming solo and want to stay right in the heart of things, but just as much fun with your book bestie or inner circle. You’ll have your own space to retreat to when you want some downtime, with other weekend guests staying around you and all the action just a short wander away.
Bring a camping chair, find a sunny spot with your book, make use of the hammock beneath the trees, wander over for a fresh coffee from our on-site shop in the morning, or simply relax outside your tipi between adventures.
Fire pits and BBQs will be available to hire, or you’re welcome to bring your own camping equipment and essentials. Individual shower and toilet facilities, washing-up facilities and drinking water are all close by.
Your booking is for the entire tent.
Your stay includes:
- Two nights in our pre-pitched tent
- Floor matting and electric hook-up
- Exclusive use of the camping field for Romantasy weekend guests
- Full Romantasy weekend programme and activities
- All activity instructors and materials
- Friday evening pizza
- Saturday evening BBQ feast
- Coffee, cake and refreshments during The Inner Circle
You’ll need to bring your own bed, bedding and usual camping essentials. Fire pits and BBQs can be hired separately if needed.
Breakfasts, lunches and additional drinks are not included. Fresh coffee and other drinks will be available to purchase from our on-site shop and The Tavern throughout the weekend.
Choose whether 1 or 2 guests will be staying in your tent. The price shown is the total booking price for everyone staying in the tipi, not a per-person price.
Secure your weekend with a deposit – you can choose to pay a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance paid later, or pay for your weekend in full when you book.
