IMAGINE AN EVENING WITH PEOPLE WHO JUST GET IT?...
You know those conversations where you try to explain your latest theory to someone and you’re met with a completely blank expression?
Yeah… none of that here. 😂
For one evening, we’re bringing together a group of fellow Romantasy lovers for painting, food, drinks, quizzes, theories, favourite characters, questionable fictional crushes and plenty of completely unhinged book chat.
Come with your book bestie, bring your inner circle or arrive on your own and find one here.
Basically… a night out, but make it Romantasy. ✨

✨READY TO FIND YOUR INNER CIRCLE?📚
✨ One evening. Your kind of people. A little bit of magic. ✨
For our very first Romantasy Evening, we’re taking inspiration from the world of ACOTAR, with little touches of Prythian woven throughout the night. Expect specially created food, cocktails and mocktails, an ACOTAR-inspired Paint & Sip, immersive décor and an ACOTAR quiz to put all that book knowledge to the test! 🌙✨
Come with your book bestie, bring your inner circle or arrive on your own — either way, prepare for an evening of good food, new friends and completely unhinged book chat!
Arrive from 4:30pm and we’ll welcome you with a complimentary glass of Prosecco or a non-alcoholic alternative. Settle in beneath the stretch tent, meet your fellow Romantasy lovers and take in the surroundings before the evening begins.
At 5pm, we’ll pick up our paintbrushes for a relaxed two-hour themed Paint & Sip, creating our own take on the magic of Velaris and Starfall. Don’t worry if you haven’t painted since school — this is definitely more about having fun than being an artist! Everything you need will be provided, and your finished artwork is yours to take home and treasure.
Then the paintbrushes go down and it’s time to eat, drink and talk books.
Enjoy a BBQ feast featuring some fantastic local produce, alongside specially created themed cocktails and mocktails to add a little extra magic and fun to the evening.
There’ll be plenty of time to eat, chat and get to know everyone — swap recommendations, compare favourite characters, debate relationships and finally unleash those completely unhinged theories on people who actually want to hear them. 😂
Then it’s time to put all that Romantasy knowledge to the test with our Romantasy Quiz. Gather your team, prepare to defend your answers and see who really has been paying attention, with some suitably bookish prizes up for grabs.
Afterwards, the bar stays open and the evening is yours to enjoy — more drinks, more book chat, music, photos and time with your newly discovered friends before we finish at 10pm.
Food and additional drinks will be available to purchase separately throughout the evening.
